"20 Years of Northwest Performance Photography" exhibition

Presented at West of Lenin Gallery in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood, Michelle Bates' "20 Years of Northwest Performance Photography." See images from groups such as UMO Ensemble, 14/48, theater simple, and Sandbox Radio Live; artists including Mik Kuhlman, Kevin Joyce, Kevin Kent, Lelavision, The Flaming Idiots, and many more. On Monday, May 12th, 2014, Michelle presented a slideshow and talk showing rare images and telling stories of discovering the worlds of theater, circus and community arts in the NW, with some geeky photography techniques thrown in. 7:00 in the theater.

The exhibition showed March-July, 2014, viewable before and during performances at West of Lenin, by appointment, or by ringing the doorbell (usually during office hours).
